Michael is a Partner with Baird Capital. Based in London, he focuses on sourcing investment opportunities, deal execution and portfolio management. Michael has spent time working across Baird Capital’s London and Chicago offices and has completed transactions in the UK, EU, US and Asia. Michael has a First Class Masters in Chemistry and is a Chartered Accountant. Prior to joining Baird Capital, Michael spent two years working in the Pharmaceutical sector, including time with GSK. Michael then moved into M&A spending five years working in Financial Due Diligence and Corporate Finance before joining Baird Capital. Michael has significant experience in leading both Buyout and Growth Capital investments. Michael has particular expertise across B2B Technology, Financial Services and Pharma Services. Previous investments include bfinance, Blue Matter, Crisp, Hopebridge and Prescient.
