Baird Capital Portfolio Company Vitalyst Sold to Alithya
Today, Baird Capital announced portfolio company Vitayst has been sold to Alithya, a leader in strategy and digital transformation. Baird Capital engaged with investment bank G2 Capital Partners on the sale process.

Vitalyst serves as a strategic partner to a diverse base of Fortune 1000 blue-chip customers across a wide variety of industries. The company is headquartered in Bala Cynwyd, Penn., and serves customers throughout the United States as well as in over 20 countries. Baird Capital initially invested in Vitalyst, formerly known as PC Helps, in September of 2012.
