Dennis Hall Talks Diversity in Leadership at Value Creation Summit

At the 2023 Value Creation Summit in June, Dennis Hall, Baird Capital Partner and Global Head of Portfolio Management, talked about how leveraging diversity and inclusion policies at PE firms can help drive value.

“If you're doing the right things in DE&I particularly, you can see that it's creating value – both economic and financial – and encouraging talent retention, reducing churn and all those things,” Hall said.
