“Our investment thesis is focused on backing UK founder-run businesses growing internationally, especially into the US. We continue to believe this is an excellent source of long-term growth, particularly when the UK domestic market growth is more subdued. We are seeing this evidenced in operational performance, with strong US growth being driven across a number of our portfolio companies, despite more subdued trading conditions in the UK and Europe.”
