Following the recent Restore news, Baird Capital portfolio company Collage has also announced that Tree of Life Services Inc. (“Tree of Life”) has been added to its continuum. This move will enable Richmond-based Tree of Life management and staff to continue to focus on the provision of high-quality services to the individuals they serve, with additional support from Collage in terms of management infrastructure. The Tree of Life name will remain as a Collage Rehabilitation Partner. Tree of Life provides post-acute, community-based, transitional neurorehabilitation and long-term supported living services for persons with acquired brain injury (ABI). They offer community-based continuum of living options including fully supervised residences with 24/7 care, a semi-independent house and supervised apartments in the community. Tree of Life provides person-centered, individualized assessment and treatment with a focus on strong differential diagnostic and treatment skills, community reintegration, quality of life, high levels of medical surveillance and provision of cost-effective care.

“Tree of Life is nationally known for providing exceptional post-acute programming. Adding them to the Collage continuum is a natural fit based upon their mission and values as an organization,” says Shannon Swick, Collage’s Chief Development Officer. “We are excited to offer our long-time referral sources in that area a results-driven, post-acute option that is closer to home.”
